host.docker.internal works natively (for Ollama binding to the host).

Run wsl --install in PowerShell (Admin), then install Docker Desktop with WSL2 integration.

Container Manager (recommended): extract the ZIP via File Station into /docker/loqari, enable SSH.

Container Station user is usually UID/GID 0 (root) — for clean separation, create a dedicated user with fixed UID/GID.

Unraid: Compose Manager plugin → "Add new stack" → paste docker-compose.yml, create .env with PUID=99, PGID=100, PORT=47840, map data path to /mnt/user/appdata/loqari.

TrueNAS Scale (≥24.10): Apps → Discover Apps → Custom App → paste docker-compose.yml content, map volume to /mnt/tank/apps/loqari/data.

RAM: 256 MB free is enough, the container itself is very lightweight.

OAuth (Google/Microsoft) requires an externally reachable HTTPS URL.

Nginx Proxy Manager: Forward Port 47840, Websockets Support on, Let's Encrypt SSL.

Then set the external URL in the Loqari UI under "General → Public Base URL" — it's also auto-detected via X-Forwarded-* headers.
